The 23-year-old, who last year had a nose job to correct a breathing problem, reveals she maintains her stunning figure through the old-fashioned combination of diet and exercise.
But it helps that she has an attractive personal trainer.
"He's cute, which makes it fun, and he never lets our exercise session get boring," Ashley said.
The actress admits a love of carbs, but says her diet has improved since she started working out rigorously.
She added: "It kind of happened naturally. I don't really crave junk food that often now."
